In the deadly Frisco stabbing case, Karmelo Anthony’s bond was lowered and he was placed under house arrest.

They requested that the judge lower Anthony’s bond to $150,000 and mandate that he wear an ankle monitor.

The judge was informed by the prosecutors that the $1 million bond is typical for murder cases in Collin County and they requested that it be maintained.

In the end, the judge decided to reduce the bond to $250,000. If Anthony’s family were to post bail, he would have to remain at his parents’ home and wear an ankle monitor.

The judge threatened to put Anthony back in jail if he disregarded that restriction.
