Her family shared what they said were screenshots of text messages between her and the alleged perpetrators.
Despite facing legal consequences, Williams maintained that she would continue advocating for others who she believes are still being victimized.
She said her goal is to bring attention to what she describes as a widespread issue involving vulnerable young people.
“These are dangerous yet manipulative individuals,” Williams said. “They know how to intimidate and control. When they can’t, they use other means.”
Williams concluded that she is fortunate to be alive and remains determined to speak out.She hopes her story will draw attention to exploitation and encourage others in similar situations to seek help.
