The girl was raped and tortured by at least four people, according to the police. She was also confirmed to have drowned.
Investigators think the teenager passed away two days prior to the discovery of her body.
“There were numerous internal injuries, mutilated private parts, and numerous injury marks on the body,” stated SK Dattarwal, a physician at the Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences.
“There are obvious signs of sexual assault, and it appears that at least four people were involved. A blunt, hard object was put inside her, and there are also indications of drowning.”
When his daughter’s tortured body was found, the girl’s father was naturally devastated. He claimed, as reported by The Sun, that “she had left for tuition classes, as usual.”
