The family of the late singer Isaac Hayes is threatening to file a lawsuit against Donald Trump’s presidential campaign,
alleging that the former president has been using one of his famous compositions without permission at campaign rallies.
Isaac Hayes Enterprises’ attorneys issued a legal warning shot, informing Trump and his campaign of copyright infringement for the use of Hayes’ song “Hold On, I’m Comin'” at Trump rallies.

“Hold On I’m Coming” at campaign rallies from 2022-2024. The lawsuit is for 134 counts of copyright infringement. According to the singer’s family,
the anthem has been utilized at least 134 times at various political events from 2022 to 2024 without authorization. In July, Trump utilized the song to conclude his rally in Harrisburg, PA.
