Josh Flagg isn’t convinced by Diddy’s current Los Angeles-area house listing, pointing out the estate has a lot of obstacles to get over,
particularly in light of the latest “Freak Offs” charges. The “Million Dollar Listing” celebrity and I met on Melrose Place in Los Angeles,
where he gave his expert real estate assessment of Diddy’s Holmby Hills mansion, which was put up for sale earlier this month for more than $60 million.
Josh said that $50 million would be a more reasonable asking price for the mansion, saying that the listed price is simply too excessive.
Josh also suggested that, in light of the rapper’s ongoing sex crime prosecution in New York City, the realtors managing the property remove Diddy’s name and image from any marketing materials for the house.
