It has been said that Trump and Vance both think that Biden is being secretly tried to depose. Vance went on to say that the 25th Amendment,
which is a constitutional way to deal with a president’s incompetence, ought to be invoked if Biden is really unable to do his responsibilities.

Not running for reelection would be a clear admission that President Trump was right all along about Biden not being mentally fit enough to serve as Commander-in-Chief.

“If Joe Biden can’t run for president, he can’t serve as president,” said Vance. Invoke the 25th Amendment if they want to remove him from office on the grounds that he is mentally unable to serve.
There isn’t a method for you to accomplish this that would be good for Democrats politically. “If it’s an actual problem, they should take care of it the appropriate way.”
