J.D. Vance, a candidate for vice president, has urged Democrats to remove Joe Biden from office by using the 25th Amendment.

“If Joe Biden does not have the cognitive ability to seek reelection, he does not have the cognitive ability to serve the remainder of his term,” Mace said on social media, voicing her worries.

“Kamala Harris should be asked to assume the duties of acting president and invoke the 25th Amendment tomorrow,” I will propose in a resolution.

“If Joe Biden ends his reelection campaign, how can he justify remaining President?” Vance said in a second tweet, doubling down on his last statement.

By choosing not to seek reelection, Joe Biden would be essentially conceding that Trump was correct in his assessment of his mental fitness for the office of president.”There is no middle ground.”

After Biden dropped out of the race, a lot changed politically. The spotlight is now on Vice President Kamala Harris, who has publicly expressed her desire to succeed Joe Biden and has received his endorsement for the position.

There has been much speculation about possible Democratic candidates, with names like JB Pritzker of Illinois, Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan, Gavin Newsom of California, and Michelle Obama of the United States being bandied around.
