A component of that “something else” comprised attending college. Jana started nursing school last year.
“I have an additional interest in it. And I thought, “What the heck? “Perhaps this is more in line with my calling; allow me to fully dedicate myself to something,” she continues.
Throughout the years, Jana claims she “dated around,” but nothing ever worked out. “All I can say is, ‘What is it?'” Am I the one? “Do I have an issue?”
Then she got back in touch with Wissmann during her second semester of nursing school. “I had been a slower mover on it, but just over time, his character, his coming back,
still loving me no matter what,” she continues. “I understand that we have a large, eccentric family, yet we still put up with a lot.
There aren’t too many individuals that do it, in my opinion. He has to really, truly care about me.” The path to matrimony, she continues, “looks different for everyone.”
