After leaving, Lopez praised the audience for “keeping it real” and gave an explanation of why he wouldn’t let “woke warriors” from Hollywood to join him on his tour.
“Those who wish to escape from all of that can come here,” he said. “We don’t require outside guidance on how to think.”
As the audience applauded, Kid Rock jumped right into his next song with the passion his fans are used to. One audience member said,
“This is why people love Kid Rock,” describing the mood as “electric.” The Hollywood game is not something he plays. He resists it.
It seems like Kid Rock has only enhanced his reputation as a performer who isn’t scared to take a position, no matter how contentious it may be, as the “Woke Is Whack” tour goes on.
Lopez allegedly exited the event without issue despite being removed without ceremony; according to insiders, she was “caught off guard” but “not about to let it get to her.”
