“I aspire to have three children.” In the interview, she informed hosts Kit Hoover and guest co-host Joey Fatone, “I have a sperm donor lined up.”
Siwa confirmed that he is a “friend” of hers, but she did not disclose his identity. Despite the initial astonishment,
