Facebook is discussing giving the Chinese government access to user data from Chinese users as they want to store the data in China. Is that right?

In his follow-up, Hawley noted that Chinese servers may also intercept data sent by Americans to Chinese users or shared with them.
“And that risk was something Facebook was willing to take?” Hawley inquired.
