Pelphrey has never been married, whereas Cuoco has been married twice. From 2013 to 2016, the actress was married to Ryan Sweeting, and from 2018 to 2021, she was married to Karl Cook.
Cuoco disclosed to Variety in February 2021 that she and Sweeting “married in, like, six seconds.” Although this is slightly exaggerated, the couple did indeed meet,
move in together, become betrothed, and marry within a six-month period. Less than two years after they exchanged vows, they disclosed their separation.
In the May 2018 issue of Cosmopolitan, Cuoco disclosed the reason she never anticipated saying “I do” again following her and Sweeting’s nuptials.
