Blake Avery is the only child that McEnany and Gilmartin have together. Gilmartin has been a member of the Tampa Bay Rays, Baltimore Orioles,
And Mets during his 11-year MLB career. He was selected by the Atlanta Braves with the 28th overall choice in the 2011 Major League Baseball draft.
The pair dated for two years before getting married in November 2017. McEnany shared on Twitter in November 2019 that the couple had welcomed their first child together.
