Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, who are in a state of extreme desperation to sell their house, have lowered the price by another quarter million dollars.
Still listed on Zillow, the troubled couple’s Georgia house dropped $250,000 on Wednesday, two months after they dropped $300,000 off the asking price. The new listing price for the residence is $3.95 million.
We’ve kept a careful eye on the house price, and they cut half a million dollars in December 2023 and another million in January. Clearly,
there isn’t enough interest in purchasing such a magnificent home. In all, they have reduced the asking price by almost $2 million from the first offering.
Bear in mind that back in June, the couple reached an arrangement with the bank to delay foreclosure, allowing them more time to sell the home. The bank offered them 90 days, but that time is running out and ends on August 26.
