According to Page Six, the hotel’s operations manager, Gilda Agustina Martín, and receptionist manager, Esteban Reynaldo Grassi, have been charged in connection with Payne’s murder.

A statement,” according to court records acquired by Rolling Stone, albeit the specific allegations are still unknown. On December 19, Grassi and Martín are expected to appear in court.
Along with the hotel employees, Uriel Alejandro Astengo and Braian Nahuel Paiz are also accused of giving Payne narcotics. The court date for both is December 17.
Rogelio “Roger” Nores, the singer’s friend and accomplice, is scheduled to appear the next day on charges of “abandonment of a person followed by death.”
