Linkin Park has revealed the vocalist who will succeed Chester Bennington.

Following the passing of former lead singer Chester Bennington, Linkin Park has announced the addition of a new co-vocalist to the group.

In a live concert on Thursday, September 5, the group revealed that Emily Armstrong of Dead Sara would be joining them as their new singer.

In addition, Linkin Park will welcome drummer Colin Brittain, a composer and producer for G Flip, Illenium, and One OK Rock.

The major news coincided with the release of a brand-new song called “The Emptiness Machine,” Linkin Park’s first release in seven years.

In addition, the song is the first single from the band’s next album, From Zero, which drops on November 15. This is Linkin Park’s first extended release since Bennington’s passing in 2017.
