“Mandalorian” actress Gina Carano, who was fired from her role, is “moved to tears” after achieving a major win in her legal battle against Disney.

The New York Post reports that Biden’s appointee to the US District Court, Judge Sherilyn Peace Garnett, denied Disney’s Wednesday assertion that it has the “right to dissociate its own artistic message from Carano’s outspoken ‘political beliefs.'”

Responding to the verdict, Carano posted on social media to express her “moved to tears” reaction to her admirers.

On Wednesday, Carano posted on her official X account, “I am moved to tears.” I am now getting a chance to clear my reputation in front of a judge and my peers after enduring three and a half years of hell.

She began by saying, “I am so grateful for this opportunity,” and then went on to say, “Among other things, what happened to me was unacceptable, absurd, and abusive.” Neither I, nor anyone else in the future, should have to deal with this. We can end it here.
