“M*A*S*H” actor Loretta Swit passes away at age 87.

Jamie Farr (Cpl. Maxwell Q. Klinger), Gary Burghoff (Cpl. Walter “Radar” O’Reilly), and Harry Morgan (Col. Sherman T. Potter).

Swit replaced Sally Kellerman as Houlihan in the film, ultimately developing and making her a much more complex character.

She wasn’t even referred to as “Hot Lips” in her latter years, and her sexual hunger was downplayed.

Time Out ranked “M.A.S.H.” at number 34, while Rolling Stone magazine ranked it at number 25 on their list of the greatest TV series ever.  At the 2009 TV Land annual awards, it took home the Impact Award.

It received the Peabody Award in 1975 “for the depth of its humor and the manner in which comedy is used to lift the spirit and, as well, to offer a profound statement on the nature of war.”

President Trump, if Diddy is found guilty, I’ll investigate a pardon!
