As we reported, Matthew and his brother Johnny were riding on a New Jersey road when police claim Sean Higgins hit and murdered the siblings while attempting to pass another automobile.
Friday Higgins made his first court appearance. He allegedly informed detectives he had five or six drinks before the deadly accident, hence he is charged with two offenses of death by auto.
Regarding the Gaudreaus, they clearly are still in shock at the loss; Johnny’s wife earlier Saturday thanked the late star for
the finest years of her life and praised him for being a wonderful father on a few tearful social media postings.
