Passed away on Sunday. On Love’s X account, her family shared the news of her passing. At Duke University’s brain tumor center,
She had just received immunotherapy as part of a clinical study for brain cancer. Earlier last month, her daughter reported that the former politician was no longer responding to therapy.
According to the family’s statement, Love passed away in her Saratoga Springs, Utah, home. “We want you to know that Mia passed away peacefully,
And we are incredibly grateful for the profound impact she had on our lives,” her family stated. “We appreciate all of the condolences, prayers, and well wishes.”
Love was described as a “true friend” by Utah Governor Spencer Cox. “Everyone who knew her was inspired by her legacy of service,”
