Police arrived in this direction when my son was running down the street, and one of them collided with them before running him over.
Just before 4 p.m., Taylor and two other suspects allegedly carjacked a pizza delivery guy in Woodlawn’s 3400 block of Merle Drive.
Shortly after the car was spotted by police, a pursuit started in Baltimore County near Essex and Liberty roads and terminated at Northern Parkway and Highgate Drive.
According to authorities, a firearm was thrown out the window and subsequently found. The suspects leaped out of the driving vehicle
at the intersection of Liberty Road and Northern Parkway. While one Baltimore County police cruiser pursued the escaping criminals, another struck the vehicle. Taylor went down Highgate Drive and was hit by the cruiser.
