A mother is receiving criticism for nursing her infant in public at a restaurant.
An unnamed mother is seen nursing a small infant while seated at a restaurant in a widely shared video uploaded to X by the user Liberacrat. Newsweek was the first to report on the incident.
The mother can be seen dining with others at a huge table in the footage. She fed her child when they were hungry, like many other ladies in her position would do.
She ordered meals from the waiter without missing a beat, suggesting that the multitasking mother is not bothered by her youngster gorging on his mother’s milk.
“This woman is receiving backlash for breastfeeding her (kind of old) child inside a restaurant on Mother’s Day.
Where other patrons were also trying to enjoy their Mother’s Day and meals with loved ones,” it said in the caption of the posted video.
