More weather problems are being caused by new Storm Eowyn, as 70 mph Atlantic storms devastate British Christmas

 

“There’s a chance of stronger winds again at the weekend, and there’s a greater chance of wet and windy spells through next week, especially towards the North,” a Met Office forecaster said.

Most locations have been affected by wind and rain spells since December 21. There may sometimes be snow, particularly on the high land in the North.

According to BBC Weather, there is a chance that severe low pressure systems may cause disruptive weather in the week leading up to December 22.

There are also signs that the Christmas season will bring windy or stormy conditions. Additionally, a 600-mile-wide “polar plunge” with temperatures of -7C is predicted.

To occur on Monday, making it colder here than Iceland. Throughout the week, England’s highs will only reach 5-7C.
