Mother Allegedly Murdered by Husband and Brother-in-Law Identified as Family Pleads to Reunite

The heartbroken family of Muzhada Habibi, a 23-year-old mother of two allegedly murdered by her husband and brother-in-law in Queensland, has launched an emotional campaign to be reunited with her young sons.

Muzhada was found unresponsive at her Springfield Lakes home, south-west of Brisbane, last Friday night.

Emergency services responded to reports of a collapsed woman but were unable to revive her. Queensland Police are treating her death as a domestic violence-related homicide.

Her husband, Khalilullah Habibi, 26, and brother-in-law, Masihullah Habibi, 28, have both been charged with murder.

They appeared in court earlier this week and remain in custody. Their next court date is set for June 25.
