After making the arrangement, Svetlana reportedly sent her daughter out with the man, identified as Andrey, 36, in the Izmailovsky settlement.
The girl, reportedly scared and anxious during the walk, was informed by Andrey about the situation. He then took her to his home for safety and alerted the police.
The woman now faces charges related to incitement to harm a minor and could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
When questioned, she was unable to provide a clear explanation for her actions.
