MUST WATCH: "To have a senator from Maryland who didn’t even acknowledge, or barely acknowledge my daughter, and the brutal death that she endured… fly to El Salvador to bring back someone that's not even an American citizen … I don't understand this." – Angel Mom Patty Morin pic.twitter.com/0m7hCHgrtf

“Returning him is up to El Salvador,” the Trump government decided to eliminate administrative hurdles. Should they choose to return him. Not up to us is what I mean.
Claiming Abrego Garcia is “rotting away in a foreign prison,” Rep. Maxwell Frost (D-Fla.) termed the deportation a “government-funded kidnapping rampage.”
DHS strenuously objected, however, noting on X, “Kilmar Abrego Garcia is not a ‘Maryland Man’—he is an MS-13 gang member involved in human trafficking who entered the United States illegally.”
Observing that Abrego Garcia “failed to meet his burden of demonstrating that his release from custody would not pose a danger to others,” a Baltimore federal immigration court decided.
He was not eligible for release. The court noted reliable information verifying his gang involvement and unlawful 2012 entrance into the United States close to Mc Allen, Texas.
