Olympian reveals the message from her unborn child that led up to her shocking victory

Bringing her newborn kid to the 2024 Paris Olympics was a lucky charm for Archer Yaylagul Ramazanova.

The Azerbaijani shooter Ramazanova told the official Chinese news agency Xinhua News on August 5 that she felt her baby kick her before she fired the final arrow, and then she shot a 10.

The 34-year-old Ramazanova required the maximum possible score on an arrow—a 10—to beat the favorite, An Qixuan of China.

The six-and-a-half-month pregnant first-time Olympian said that she had a strong connection to her unborn kid throughout her preparation for the summer games.

Speaking to Xinhua News, Ramazanova said, “I didn’t feel uncomfortable with my pregnancy. “On the contrary, I had the distinct impression that my little one and I were fighting side by side.”

Despite losing in the next round, Ramazanova gained a whole new group of devoted followers. The Instagram post by Ramazanova has the comment “Women can do anything” one commenter.
