Jesse, nevertheless, doesn’t think this was an instance of road rage.
Jesse remarked, “He chose to take a right turn, stop beside me, and shoot.” That was the only time I ever spoke to him. Nothing resembling brake-checking or back-and-forth was present,” Jesse remarked.
The bullet broke the glass of Jesse’s truck door. According to WBNS-TV, Jesse turned his face, but the bullet passed by him through the glass.
It was far worse than it had to be. He recalled, “I saw the hole in the window—it was damn close to where my head was.”
Jesse told WBNS-TV that he had to get eleven stitches and adhesive after losing two of his teeth. In addition to losing some of his vision in his left eye, he might need surgery on his chin and gums. On Tuesday, he was released from the hospital.
The suspect, DeWayne Pittman, 33, has been charged with felonious assault by the police.
