Three Amish youngsters, all siblings, sadly died in a terrible buggy crash in Indiana this week, turning a calm morning into unfathomable anguish.
The kids, who were nine, ten, and thirteen years old, were traveling to school in a classic horse-drawn buggy close to Bremen, Indiana, which is roughly twenty miles south of South Bend.
The back of the buggy was abruptly struck by a Mercedes SUV that was apparently being driven by a 17-year-old.
The Kansas City Star reported that all three toddlers were declared dead at the scene after being ejected from the carriage.
There were no injuries to the SUV driver.
Whether the adolescent driver will be charged in relation to the collision has not yet been confirmed by authorities.
