On TV, a man who attempted to let the largest snake in the world eat him alive instantly regrets it.

To raise awareness for a cause, most individuals may choose for a marathon or a risky bungee jump, but one guy went above and beyond by offering to be devoured by a big snake.

Here comes American environmentalist Paul Rosolie, who is committed to preserving the Amazon jungle.

In the last 50 years, the Amazon has lost almost 20% of its land due to severe deforestation. Even if deforestation decreased by about 50% in 2023, according to recent studies.

Like one from BBC News, the harm is still substantial. Despite his lifelong commitment to rainforest conservation, Rosolie pulled out an iconic act in 2014 to earn money for the cause.
