This is the second time a woman convicted of murdering and dismembering her boyfriend has assaulted and caused a commotion in court by attacking her own attorney.
During her preliminary hearing on Friday morning, 27-year-old Taylor Schabusiness sat next to her attorney, Paul Julka, and while he talked, she wrinkled her brows and glared at him.
According to camera evidence that Court TV was able to collect, she yelled and rushed at him a few seconds after getting out of her chair.
She was immediately pushed to the ground by a court deputy who stopped her tackle. Four other cops hurried to the ground to restrain Schabusiness when a loud bang was produced by the crash.
