About 100,000 eggs were taken from a distribution trailer in south-central Pennsylvania as customers in the US continue to be concerned about growing egg costs and shortages.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, the eggs were stolen from the trailer at Pete & Gerry’s Organics in the Antrim Township borough of Greencastle about 8:40 p.m.
