According to the bartender, Hendrix became hostile and lunged at her after she confronted him about not paying for the alcohol he had purchased from her. He still owes about $60 for the unpaid drinks, per the EPD report.
The officer claims he later met with the two bouncers — and they were arrested and placed into Vanderburgh County Jail on felony violence charges.
Both had court hearings on Monday, and Turner was released on $10K bond. The case is still ongoing. Evansville’s WFIE-TV was the first to report on the occurrence.
