The three pink marks on her left side are pressure marks, and the unintentional bruising on the side of the torso is unusual.”
Additionally, the parents snapped a picture of the redness behind their daughter’s right ear. According to
Dr. Rose, the discoloration is consistent with bruising, and since ear bruises are uncommon, the damage was probably not an accident.
According to the Crown, none of these injuries were unintentional. We propose that what you see on the CCTV, when combined with the pictures, indicates that she has been abused in the past.
