Parents File a Texas Hospital Lawsuit After Their 4-Year-Old Has an Unintentional Vasectomy

A physician allegedly performed an unintentional vasectomy on a 4-year-old kid during hernia surgery, resulting in a massive lawsuit against Texas Children’s Hospital.

The boy’s doctor advised a right inguinal hernia repair when he came to the hospital with scrotal swelling, and it was done in August 2021.

The lawsuit claims that “the hernia sac was sent to pathology following the operation.” The hernia sac samples included tissue from the vas deferens, which the pathology report described as an unintentional vasectomy.

Susan Jarosz, the surgeon, is being accused by the family of being “negligent in providing medical treatment by failing to act as a reasonable healthcare provider should have done.”

According to Brian Cox, Hollywood shouldn’t “punish Kevin Spacey endlessly”: “Forget and forgive.”

For days, the mother and boyfriend pushed the dead toddler’s body in the stroller while pretending nothing was wrong.
