“On Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Peanut was taken from my residence by the NY State DEC.
He was TRANSPORTED to the EUTHANIZED. I am in a state of astonishment, disbelief, and revulsion at the individuals who perpetrated this at PNUT.
Peanut has been my closest companion for the past seven years. I am unsure of how to cope with this emotionally, as he has been the focal point of my life and the lives of many of you for an extended period.
He continued, “Last year, we relocated to New York with the intention of establishing a non-profit animal rescue organization in PNUT’s honor. @pnuts_freedom_farm will forever be a part of PNUT’s legacy.”
