Social media is being used by a plus-size influencer who claims she was “body-shamed” at Disneyland.
While out for the day with her siblings, 27-year-old Gracie Bon said that other park visitors had made her visit unpleasant by staring, laughing, and even taking pictures of her.
Prominent proponent of body positivity Gracie told her 6.4 million Instagram followers about her encounter.
She described in a video clip how people would stare at her and take photographs of her because of her curvaceous shape, making her feel special.
“I was body shamed during my trip to Disneyland – people wouldn’t stop staring at my curvy body, but it’s what makes me unique,” she said.
