Police accuse a 35-year-old man of using hot soup to scald his 64-year-old girlfriend for “talking too much.”

 

She claimed that he “intentionally” struck her plate when she was removing soup from the microwave, causing the hot liquid to pour all over her forearm and shoulder.

She didn’t disclose the event until a few days later, but the victim reportedly had third-degree burns. She reportedly claimed not to have a mobile phone or a vehicle,

But after leaving the house to go to the Social Security office, she proceeded to the police station to submit a complaint. The woman allegedly informed police that.

She had been with him for over a year before he started abusing her physically. She also claimed that he had previously choked her, but she never reported it to the authorities.

The suspect has a history of arrests, including one in May 2024 that led to a charge of assault and domestic violence. That lawsuit has not yet been resolved.
