Turner was arrested and placed under arrest after remaining at the site. “What I’ve witnessed has really traumatized me,” Charles Riddle, a neighbor, told local NBC affiliate KNSD.
He claimed that while he was making his way to his car, he could hear the couple fighting inside the flat where he resided next to Williams.
Williams started tossing some of Turner’s possessions over the balcony railing, according to a police statement.
“Before I made it to my car I hear a commotion and I turn around and he’s gotten ahold of her from behind and he heaves her over the balcony, and she cartwheels and hits head first on the ground,” Riddle recounted.
Turner had moved in during the last month or so, while another neighbor informed the outlet he knew Williams.
The neighbor remarked, “I see her around all the time,” “She is merely a small, weak elderly woman. You know, he was a big guy. He was muscular and large.
At the San Diego County Jail, Turner is still being held. They’re holding him without a bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
