The men were separated and placed in different holding areas while they awaited sentencing. Prior to his court appearance, Abdisalam Mohamad was reportedly held at HMP Pentonville.
Unfortunately for him, he quickly learned that even within prison, individuals convicted of crimes against minors are often viewed with extreme contempt.
Mohamad became a primary target within the prison block once other inmates discovered the details of his conviction.
Within two days of incarceration, a group of inmates took it upon themselves to confront the convicted individual in an act of vigilante justice.
In video footage, Mohamad is seen being overwhelmed by other inmates. He can be heard gasping and protesting as he is forcibly held near unsanitary conditions.
