Fans are still scratching their heads after Australian dancer ‘Raygun’s’ performance in the qualifying round.
The video, which features the 36-year-old (real name: Rachael Gunn) dancing wildly in a very embarrassing situation, has since gone viral on social media.
Gunn, a creative researcher at Macquarie University in Sydney who focuses on “the cultural politics of breakdancing,” was the best female breaker in Australia in 2020 and 2021.
This clip is from her second of three qualifying bouts, in which she faced off against Syssy (Sya Dembélé), a 16-year-old from France.
At the end of the tournament, the Australian was eliminated since she failed to score against any of her opponents.
