TMZ has learnt that adult film star Sophia Leone passed away due to a lethal overdose. Although it’s unknown what precise drugs were used.
Albuquerque, New Mexico police report that the late porn star’s official cause and manner of death was an accidental overdose.
As we initially reported, when Sophia was discovered dead in her house on March 1, police in New Mexico deemed her death “suspicious” and “unique”.
Sophia’s mother informed authorities that her daughter occasionally drank excessively and was known to have suicidal tendencies throughout the death inquiry, which at one point included a homicide detective.
