The Disney theme park fan and influencer died on Thursday, December 5, after apparently experiencing an allergic reaction at a BoxLunch at Vibiana Christmas food event in Los Angeles.
According to claims from Blast and the Daily Mail, Brown, who goes as HellooDomo online, allegedly ate food that staff promised her did not contain an element she was allergic to.
She “instantly felt bad,” according to witnesses, and requested to be brought to a hospital. On-scene, a PEOPLE reporter saw Brown receiving CPR.
Emergency personnel were contacted right quickly, however she died soon after despite their best efforts to rescue her.
Dominique, who lived in Long Beach, California, was well-known for her love of Disney and her efforts to promote diversity in the Disney community.
