The crash also left a visible mark on the music community. The Devil Wears Prada posted a tribute on social media, writing:
“♥️ No words. We owe you everything. Love you forever,”
alongside several photos of their former bandmate.
Just hours before the crash, Daniel had shared a photo from the copilot’s seat of the aircraft on social media. His father emphasized that Daniel was not a licensed pilot and was only joking around in the photo.
Though no longer a member of the band, Daniel was instrumental in its rise to popularity and commercial success during his tenure, his family added.
