Researchers from the Kinneret Limnological Laboratory have been investigating the Sea of Galilee and have identified a stratum of frigid water that is oxygen-depleted.
This deeper stratum of water can raise due to wind and swells, rendering it impossible for fish to exit. Additionally, the oxygen-depleted water is lethal to them.
If this occurs, it would be simple to collect a large number of deceased fish in a net if your friend Jesus suggests that you make one final attempt to capture something.
Researchers discovered that these “fish-kill events” occur in the same location on the Sea of Galilee where Jesus conducted his two aforementioned miracles.
This discovery may provide insight into the abrupt ability of Jesus and the apostles to make a tremendous capture.
