Prior to her death, Shannon Doherty had asked her then-husband for a total of $15,343 per month in spousal support to cover the costs of the court procedures.
“Since our divorce action was filed, Kurt has failed to make any temporal spousal support payments and has failed to contribute to my attorneys’ or accounting fees and costs,
