The couple reportedly got into an SUV outside the courthouse and drove away without addressing the press, according to the Associated Press.
Even though the case was dismissed from court, Baldwin and the other producers are still being sued by members of the crew and Hutchins’ family in civil court.
“Our goal from the beginning was to seek justice for Halyna Hutchins,” District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies said in response to the current judgment.
“The case did not go to trial, and we are disappointed about that.”
