‘Some Members of My Family Will Never Forgive Me’ for Writing Spare, Prince Harry Admits

Although Prince Harry expressed his want for “reconciliation” with his family, he is aware that not all of them will experience it. The 40-year-old Duke of Sussex said he was “gutted” by the decision not.

To modify his reduced status in a historic interview with BBC News on Friday, May 2, just hours after losing his legal battle for his security in the United Kingdom.

King Charles has not spoken to Harry because of the police protection issue, he claimed, adding that he “would love reconciliation with my family.” There is no need to keep fighting any longer.

“Obviously, some members of my family will never forgive me for writing a book,” he said. They will never forgive me for a lot of things, of course.

In 2023, Prince Harry’s memoir, Spare, was published. “I don’t want to tell anyone what to think of it, and that includes my family,”
