TANITH CAREY questions how Beyonce could dress up 12-year-old Blue Ivy as if she were twice her age and encourage conversation about her body when Jay-Z is accused of raping a 13-year-old.

In a long response to DailyMail.com on Sunday, Jay-Z refuted the allegations in the lawsuit that was re-filed. A Beyoncé spokesperson has also been contacted by DailyMail.com over the report.

“A “lawyer” named Tony Buzbee sent a demand letter, which is a form of blackmail, to my lawyer,” he said.

He had anticipated that I would want to settle because of the gravity of these accusations and the public attention.

“No, sir, it did the exact opposite!” I felt compelled to publicly reveal you as the phony that you are. Therefore, no, I won’t give you a single red penny!”

“These accusations are so heinous in nature that I beg you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!” the musician went on.

Would you not agree that someone who would perpetrate such a crime against a youngster ought to be imprisoned?
