After the shooting happened, the family actually opted to move elsewhere and Ava started homeschooling because they were so worried.
Ava’s father added that there is “more security on our end, more reviews of accounts, more checking in — just trying to be normal for Ava” in an effort to keep his daughter safe.
Ava continues to post on social media in spite of the tragedy. Her father remarked, “Even afterward, people asked why you would let this go on.”
